Applying for Housing

Applications for housing are available to picked up from our office at 505 Jefferies Street, Mount Airy or you can print it off from the link below.  You will need to call to make an appointment after completing the application for an interview.  If you are found eligible you will be placed on the appropriate waiting list.  We currently do not accept applications online.  Instructions for applying are listed below.
